Full payment is required when booking directly through our website.

For reservations made by phone or email, a valid credit card is required to secure your tour. Your card will only be charged in accordance with our cancellation policy. If we do not receive notice of cancellation or changes within the allowed cancellation period, the full amount will be charged.

Cancellations made within the specified timeframe (24 hours prior for Public/ Shared Tours and 48 hours for Private Tours) receive a full refund. Weather-related cancellations are fully refundable or rescheduled.

Yes, you may reschedule your tour if the request is made within the cancellation period, subject to availability and weather conditions.

9. What happens if the weather is bad?

Snorkeling & Activities

12. Is snorkeling equipment provided?
Yes, we provide masks, snorkels, and fins.

No, swimming experience is not required to enjoy our tours. All guests are provided with flotation devices for added safety and comfort while snorkeling or swimming.

If you are not comfortable in the water, you are always welcome to remain on the boat and relax until we reach one of our island stops. Once there, you may enter the water at your own pace and comfort level.

Please let our crew know if you are not a confident swimmer. Our experienced team will be happy to assist and ensure you feel safe, supported, and able to fully enjoy your experience with us.

Snorkeling at the shipwreck depends on sea and weather conditions for the day, as safety is always our top priority. In most cases, the shipwreck stop is a guided tour and photo opportunity where guests can learn about its history and capture memorable pictures.. Snorkeling takes place at designated reef sites.

Our vessels are equipped with comfortable seating, shaded areas for sun protection, premium sound systems, coolers with ice, fresh water rinse, and all required safety equipment.

The Full-Day Tour extends beyond the half-day route to more remote destinations, plus a second snorkeling stop and optional beach BBQ experience.
