Guests staying on Grace Bay will be notified of their beach pickup location or taxi pickup time in advance. Please note that pickup locations may be adjusted due to weather. Our tours run as long as sea conditions are safe. Because significant preparation goes into each experience, cancellations within 48 hours are not permitted.
For group bookings, rescheduling may be accommodated when possible.
